MODULO 1

The aim of this module is to introduce you to the issue of unfair practices in international trade and the surge in imports of certain products. Thus, we intend to provide you with the keys to become familiar with measures provided by the World Trade Organization and Argentine legislation.

-Dumping: Injury and causation.

-Legal framework.

-Antidumping duties.
-Dumping margin: subsidies. safeguards.

-Dumping, subsidies and safeguards in the WTO.

-Argentine procedures

LECTURER:

Dra. Viviana Kluger,

Doctor in Law.  Specialises in International Trade. More than 10 years of experience at  public and private universities in Argentina and abroad as Professor. Published several  articles on her specialisation.

MODULO 2

If you want to succeed in the international market you must be able to identify and assess the economic variables and issues affecting your business.

This module will enable you to acquire this ability, and will make you familiar with a number of important economic concepts, variables, methods and issues that are crucial to effective export planning

Lic. Hernán Blejer, MSc.

Graduated in Economics at the University of Buenos Aires, MSc. in Economics at the London School of Economics. Specialises in International Trade and Economics.
